You reach out to us to start the conversation.
We schedule a one-on-one call to understand your wishes, preferences, and travel style.
We create your tailor-made journey based on your budget, pace, and interests.
Once you're happy with the plan, we confirm with a service agreement and the first part of our fee (5%).
We handle the logistics and secure all bookings. Remaining payments (10% + 5%) follow at confirmation and after travel.

PRICING & TRANSPARENCY
Simple. Fair. Honest
You pay all travel-related costs - flights, accommodations, transfers, activities - directly to each provider.
Our fee is a flat 20% commission, paid in three parts: 5% upfront, 10% upon booking, 5% after your trip.
This is our only margin. No hidden fees. No markups. No surprises.

We work directly with trusted service providers across Indonesia, including five-star hotels and secluded private villas. These relationships allow us to guarantee quality, secure availability, and negotiate the best possible rates.
Our Indonesian co-founder, Diana Agustina, plays a central role here. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and deeply connected to the hospitality world, she brings a personal and professional network few can match. This includes reliable guides, private drivers, and handpicked local collaborators — often family or lifelong contacts — ensuring every guest is warmly and professionally cared for.
